Obstacles in the Modernisation in Tibetan Area And Countermeasures

To some extent the development of Tibetan regions is the key to the success of Development of the West Regions. At the turn of new century development is the new field for the vast Tibetan areas; opportunities and challenge are co-existing. The main obstacles are old-fashioned ideas and ever-lasting tradition. The meaningful cause is to find scientific countermeasures, gradually overcome these obstacles with a strong will and thus to push forward modernisation in Tibetan regions.
