大学新生适应性教育探析

大学新生适应性教育是学校依据培养目标和大学教育的特点,针对新生在思想、生活、学习、心理等方面的变化和要求开展的一系列工作,是大学生日常思想政治教育的一个重要环节。当前,高校新生适应性教育中存在着内容固定、方式缺乏个性化、教育周期短等问题。为帮助广大新生开好头,可采取调查了解法、活动教育法、榜样示范法、环境陶冶法、谈话沟通法等方法来加强和改进新生适应性教育。

Briefly on Adaptability Education for Freshmen

Adaptability education for freshmen involves a series of activities that are based on schools’ training objectives and the characteristics of university education and aims at dealing with the freshmen’s changes in thought,life,study and psychology. It is an important part of the daily ideological and political education for them. In the current situation,some problems arising in the adaptability education are demonstrated as fixed content,lack of personalized way,and short cycle of education. To help freshment to have a good start,several methods can be taken,such as investigation,activity- related education,education through examples,environmental influence,conversational communication,in order to strengthen and improve the effect of adaptability education for freshmen.
