| 摘 要： | 在我国全面进入人口老龄化社会及人口流动规模不断扩大的背景下,在我国农村推行居家养老模式,是满足现阶段我国农村老人的养老需求并弥补社会保障水平层次不高现状的路径选择。政府在其中,应该发挥政策制定、组织领导、财政支持、法律保障、监督评估等职能,以促进农村居家养老模式的有效实施,保障我国数量庞大的农村老人＂老有所养＂。

| Abstract: | China has now come up to the stage of aging society and the population movement has been expanding. In this context,to implement the home-based care can not only meet the needs of the rural elderly pension,but also make up for the low level of social security. Government,in the process,should play well its role in making policy,organizing and leading,supporting financially,offering legal protection,and supervising and assessing;only in this way can the home-based care model be effectively implemented and a great number of elderly in the countryside be secured. |
