成效为本教育理论对我国高等教育改革的启示倡--以英国敦提大学医学院为例

Reform of Higher Education in China in the Light of Outcome Based Education Theory---A case study of Dundee Medical School,Scotland, UK

The theory of Outcome Based Education （ OBE） points out that the teaching process should firstly puts em-phasis on the students′learning outcomes and then designs down the whole teaching process , and all the teaching practice should be designed to guarantee the realization of the outcomes .Based on the theory , Dundee Medical School , Scotland , UK,has carried out the education reform , mainly including ten steps , such as identification of the type of doctor that the country needs , identification of the outcomes of the educational process , identification of curriculum content , etc, which has proved to be a great success .It can provide valuable experience for the education reform in our country .
