| Abstract: | With the deepening of reform and opening up, changes of economy and society has brought about some problems with regard to the system for the right of land contractual operation. Under the new social conditions, to allow the mortgage of the right, keep it fixed for a long time, and further strengthen womeng right in this regard have all turned out to be of possiblity and necessity. |
