| 摘 要： | 正义原则、制度安排和良善公民,构成良序社会三位一体的构建方案。通过对制度抽象性、滞后性和工具性缺陷的深刻揭示,更加凸显出良善公民对于构建良序社会的重大意义。正义感和善观念构成了良善公民的基本美德,而良善公民的美德可以通过一定的途径加以培养。

| Abstract: | Principles of justice,institutional arrangement and good citizens constitute a construction scheme of the trinity of a well-ordered society. The reveals of the abstractness,hysteresis and instrumentalness of a system highlight the significance of good citizens to the building of such a society. Sense of justice and idea of goodness constitute the basic virtue of good citizenship which can be cultivated through certain ways. |
