An Analysis of Personalized Learning of College Students under the New Media Campus Environment

Personalized learning is a kind of learning principle and model that is strongly advocated in the field of contemporary education,and it is also the most basic human attitude and way of life under the background of education for all（ EFA） and lifelong learning. The introduction of modern new media into universities brings with it the resources and learnig environment of personalized education,changing the personalized learning from utopia to an inevitable choice on part of universities in their talent cultivation and offering every student equitable education. Therefore,universities can construct a system for the personalized talent training only by way of changing principle of talent training and education,setting up scientific target of training,and developing the building of lerning-suport system.
