论医疗环境与社会环境的一致性

医疗环境作为社会环境的一个组成部分,要受社会政治、经济和文化环境各个因素的影响,医疗环境与社会环境具有一致性。当前的医疗改革往往强调医疗环境的改善,而忽视了社会环境各个因素对医疗环境的影响。要实现目前医疗环境优化的整体目标,既要看到医疗环境本身存在的问题,又不能忽视社会环境对医疗环境的影响,医疗环境的改善在一定程度上受到目前社会环境的制约。

On the Uniformity of Medical Environment and Social Environment

Medical environment,as a component of social environment,is influenced by factors including social,political,economic and cultural ones. There is therefore a uniformity of medical environment and social environment. However,the current reform in medical field puts more emphasis on the improvement of medical environment but overlooks the impact of the factors in social environment on the medical environment. In order to realize the total target about the optimization of medical environment,it is necessary to notice the existing problems on the one hand and to take into account the impact of social environment on medical environment on the other hand because the improvement of medical environment is to some degree influenced by the current social environment.
