| 摘 要： | 随着高校教育教学和人事制度改革的不断深入,现行的人事档案管理出现了内容片面、陈旧、失真,归档意识不强,制度不健全,管理分散等与新形势不相适应的情况。积极探索和研究人事档案管理的新情况、新方法,增请归档意识,充实人事档案内容,完善鉴别工作,确保材料真实,建立高素质档案管理队伍,实现管理信息化,是推进人事档案科学管理的关键所在。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the current problems in the process of the management of personnel archives in colleges and universities. On the basis of this analysis, it conducts an active research on the new situation and puts forward some suggestions to form a highly qualified archives management team and realize a computerized and scientific management of personnel archives in colleges and universities. |
