| 摘 要： | 分析了社会信用体系建设的重要性,从个人信用体系、企业信用体系、政府信用体系三个方面阐述了我国社会信用体系的构成,提出通过加快信用立法步伐、建立信用评价体系、完善监督约束机制、营造促进社会信用发展的社会环境等措施,建立完善的社会信用体系。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the importance of social credit system construction;expounds the composition of social credit system from the point of individual,enterprizse credit system,government credit system;puts forward the settlements to set up flawless social credit system by picking up credit legislation,constructing credit evaluation system,perfecting the supervision and restriction scheme and building the social surroundings to put up the social credit development. |
