| 摘 要： | 毕业生在就业过程中遭遇挫折是普遍出现的问题。而对于高职院校毕业生而言,除常见心理不良因素外,还附有一些常见的异常行为表现。如何从这些外在的行为表现中找出高职院校产生挫折的原因,以及通过相应的抗挫折教育来解决所出现的不良问题将变得尤为关键。

| Abstract: | It is a common problem that the graduates have the frustration when they try to obtain employment,but for the higher vocational graduates they also have a number of common abnormal behaviors except common adverse psychological factors.It will be very important that how to find the causes of frustration from the external behaviors in higher vocational colleges and to solve the problem by education against frustration. |
