| 摘 要： | 师生关系是教育活动中最基本的人际关系。本文从师生关系的理论界定出发 ,分析了传统型师生关系的弊端 ,不同学校教育阶段应建立的师生关系以及这种师生关系的作用 ,并对在学校教育中新型师生关系的建构与定位问题进行了探讨与解释。
