| 摘 要： | 我国的鉴定制度存在一定的弊端，于是在借鉴大陆法系国家特别是意大利国家的“技术顾问”等制度的基础上设立了与鉴定人制度并存的专家辅助人制度。通过对意大利国家的“技术顾问”这一制度的考察和分析，吸收其合理成份，构建符合中国诉讼体制的专家辅助人制度。

| Abstract: | There are some disadvantages in identification systemin our country,so on the basis of drawing on the civillaw countries,especially Italy'stechnical advisersystem we set up expert system for supporting people which is coexisting with the expert system.After investigation and analysis of the Italian state'stechnical advisersystem,absorbing its reasonable composition and we are to build an expert system for supporting people that is in line with Chinese legal system. |
