| 摘 要： | 国家及其财产豁免权原则作为国家主权原则的延伸,赋予了国家在对外交往中的特殊法律地位.但是,由于一些国家对该原则确立了新的标准,因而我国已有必要转变观念,重新审视我国对待该原则的立场和态度.
