潮汕海外移民研究管窥

潮汕地区极具地方特色的海外移民现象，包容了中国封建社会后期中央与边疆、整体与区域、国内与海外关系的基本内容。当同时期的中国行进在一个以内陆性农业经济为基础的多民族的空前巩固的统一封建帝国的时候，以潮汕地区海外移民为代表的海洋性社会组织和海洋性行为已经向外扩展，在东南亚地区显示了自己的力量，也对中国社会的发展产生一定影响。这种区域社会的外延变异不仅为中国多民族统一国家形成过程和国际格局变化提供了较为详尽的历史记录，也为研究华侨华人的流布及其变异，提供了一个典型的个案。

The Research on Overseas Migrates from Chaoshan Area

The overseas migrates with regional society features in Chaoshan Area including the main contents between centralization and border area, the whole country and regional society relationships between internal and abroad in late feudal society in China. During the same period , China was marching to a unitary multi-national state based on the a-griculture economy, the Chaoshan oversea migrates represented a marine society organization and the economy already developed abroad and showed their strength in South-east Asia. They also made China develop. This extension of re-gional society not only gave us a historical record of society development in China, but also a typical example for the Chinese overseas.
