浅析家庭暴力及防治措施

家庭是社会的细胞,和睦、安宁、团结的家庭关系不仅是每个家庭成员人生幸福的重要内容,而且是社会和谐、稳定的基础。但在现实生活中,家庭暴力的存在侵扰着家庭的安宁和稳定,妇女又是家庭暴力的主要受害者。该文就家庭暴力的内涵、形成的原因以及《新婚姻法》对我国家庭暴力的救助措施和规定作了探讨,这对于反对家庭暴力,维护妇女权益有着积极的作用。

Studies on Family Violence and Its Countermeasure Analysis

Family is the cell of society.Harmonious,quiet and united family relation is not only an important factor for every family member's happiness,but also the foundation of social harmony and stability.But in real life,family violence exists indeed,which interferes family tranquility and stability.The present paper probes into the intension of family violence,cause and measures of eliminating family violence prescribed in China's "New Marriage Law",which is helpful to oppose family violence and protect women's right and benefit.
