| 摘 要： | 国际造船业正在加速向中国转移并给中国船舶工业发展带来良机。国际造船业向中国转移具有产业集群性、由技术含量低向技术含量高转移、先船舶制造再船舶配套转移和时效性四大特点。中国船舶工业应对国际造船业转移的对策为“以产业集群进行产业布局,构筑大基地;以产业集聚进行企业优化整合,组建强集团;强调优势和特长,开展错位竞争;积极承接国际船舶配套业的转移,加快发展船舶配套业;积极承接国际高附加值船舶制造的转移,不断提升造船层次;尽快提升我国船舶设计与开发能力”。

| Abstract: | International shipbuilding industry is being transfered to China and offers a good opportunity to develop China's shipbuilding industry.The paper discusses the four characteristics of the transference of the international shipbuilding industry.The suggestions are as follows:the arrangement of industry should be based on the concept of industry cluster to establish a big foundation:strong groups should be set up by optimizing and integrating enterprises;advantages and speciality should be made full use of and so on.In a word,we should raise the capacity of ship design and development. |
