高等教育发展中的公平与效率关系研究

A Study on Relation between Fairness and Efficiency in the Development of Higher Education

Fairness and efficiency in the development of higher education are hot issues in our society.In order to grasp the relationship between fairness and efficiency in higher education,we should put these issues in the particular phase of the development of economic society and higher education,properly position the meaning of "fairness" and "efficiency" in the contemporary age,emphasize the relativity of fairness and absoluteness of efficiency,and insist on the policy choice of "giving priority to efficiency with promotion to fairness".We should also remove the misunderstanding of the issue of fairness in higher education,attach importance to the study of the issue of efficiency in higher education,and promote the rapid,healthy and coordinated development of higher education.
