摘    要:现阶段我国的中年人才群体,从特殊的历史背景中走来,今天他们仍处在社会持续变革的时代,由于他们在成长的社会背景、社会关系角色、生命周期发展阶段等方面的特殊性,因而面临着多重矛盾和两难境地。对于宝贵的中年人才资源,应采取突出重点、全面开发、分层管理的对策。

Abstract:The middle-aged talents in China are confronted with various conflicts and dilemmas as a result of the social climate they have experienced,the social roles they are playing and the life periods they are in.It is proposed in the paper that a tiered development of this group of talents be necessary and some countermeasures are visualized,with distinctive focus on age groups.
