| 摘 要： | 冷战结束后,随着国际局势发生深刻变化,国际社会对联合国的裁军活动提出了新的要求。因此,联合国在国际裁军领域发挥了前所未有的作用,并取得重要进展。但是也应看到,冷战后新的国际军备形势使联合国的裁军活动面临越来越严峻的挑战。
