In terms of their relationship, the people supervising governments through social political organizations is the inevitable outcome and an essential realization mode of Mao Zedong's ideas of the people supervising governments. At present, the political organizations' supervision of governments still cannot meet the needs of construction of socialist political civilization as it has the following drawbacks: superficial in terms of contents, impractical in terms of forms, weak in terms of strength, and low in terms of efficiency. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to turn such supervision into system, norm and programme by strengthening and bettering them.
