数学师范生培养与高校教育改革研究

素质教育和课程改革对中学教师的素质提出了更高的要求,师范教育是培养中学教师的＂工作母机＂,师范教育模式的改革迫在眉睫。当前数学师范教育中存在诸多问题：课程设置不合理、课程内容缺乏与中学课程的内在联系、教育类课程重理论轻实践及教学模式单一等。因此,必须从课程体系教学模式及考核方式上全面改革,加强课程设置的科学性与内在联系,提倡微格教学与实践讲练,注重能力测试和综合素质评价,从而促进师范教育改革,提升数学师范生的培养质量。

Research on the Training of Mathematics Normal School Students and Higher Education Reform

Quality education and curriculum reform need middle school teachers with better qualitis.Teachers’education program,under which most middle school teachers trained,confronts inmediate reform.In the paper,the necessity of the reform of teachers’ education in mathematics is analyzed,and some proposals are raised in respect of curriculum,teching pattern and assessment.
