高职院校员工援助计划(EAP)实施模式的构建

摘    要:员工援助计划(EAP)是组织给予员工的一种新型福利项目。高职院校教师面临教学、科研、知识更新、角色身份转换、院校发展等多重压力。EAP引入高职院校,能有效缓解教师身心压力。高职院校EAP实施模式构建中要做到:制定可持续性目标;建立心理健康评估体系;团体辅导与个体辅导并重;辅导形式多样化等。

Abstract:EAP is a new welfare project to staff offered by work unit.Teachers in higher vocational school suffer pressures from teaching,scientific research,knowledge updating,role transformation,school development.Being introduced in higher vocational school,EAP could relieve teachers’ stresses effectively.In order to construct EAP in higher vocational school,we should make up sustainable target,set up mental health assessment system,attach important to both group guidance and individual guidance and make diversification on guidance mode.
