| 摘 要： | "依法执政首先要依宪执政"。这是中国共产党对执政规律认识的进一步深化。党依宪执政的宪法理念凸显出宪法至上的宪政原则,强化了党执政的合宪性基础,是"党必须在宪法和法律范围内活动"原则的具体化,其内在地要求党的宪法理念的更新。

| Abstract: | Exercising state power according to law must according to constitution law firstly.This is Chinese communist party's deeper understanding to the law of exercising state power.Exercising state power according to constitution has showed obviously one of Constitutional government principles-"Constitution is supreme".Firstly it makes the party's exercising power behaviors be closer the constitution law;Secondly,it makes the principle concrete:the party must use its personal influence within Constitution and laws range.Last,and it demands the Chinese communist party renew its constitutional concept. |
