| 摘 要： | 随着旅游业的发展,许多国家和地区为追求旅游业规模化和经济效益,而导致了旅游活动与环境保护的冲突.要实现旅游的可持续发展应确立一个经营城市的理念,也就是要把城市作为整个市场经济体系中的一个经营主体,投入旅游市场的经营与运作,从而促进城市资源环境与社会经济的协调发展,实现旅游和城市的可持续发展.
