| 摘 要： | 在受贿罪研究中对贿赂的解释刑法理论界形成了三种学说.通过对这三种学说的阐述和评析,指出在现行刑法关于受贿罪的规定修改完善之前,对于金钱、物品及财产性利益可以纳入"财物"的范畴.对于非财产性利益,我国刑法应该借鉴国外立法例,尽快将其纳入刑法的规制范围.
