| 摘 要： | 数据整理是信息系统的重要组成部分。任何信息系统中的数据库都应为用户提供多种用于检索的索引文档,以便用户根据会已的已知条件查找到所需数据。而索引文档的建立,一定要贯彻关怀原则,使之切实能为用户提供查找效率高的检索点或途径,而不能仅仅依建库或建文档时前方便考虑问题。
