| 摘 要： | 要改变科技期刊的“小、老、长、低、少”的生存现状及发展困境,应对我国科技期刊进行科学系统地调研,根据不同情况采用适当的资源整合模式,在实际操作中应顺应国际科技期刊发展方向做到出版规模集团化、期刊内容专业化、发行周期快捷化、期刊资源国际化、期刊语言通用化。

| Abstract: | To overcome the difficulties in development and change the current situation of science and technology periodical of small scale,outdatedness,redundancy,deficiency and insufficiency,we should make a scientific and systematical investigation.According to different situations,we should adopt proper model of resource integration and follow the direction of international science and technology periolical in order to realize collectivization of publishing scale,specialization of periodical content,quickness of issue circulation,internationalization of periolica,resource and generalization of periolical language. |
