| 摘 要： | 文化活力是社会活力的重要组成部分和现代社会的重要标志,具有内在性、深层性,并且最能体现社会活动主体超越性和创造性的本质特征.生命力、凝聚力和创造力是衡量和反映社会文化活力的最主要参量.激发文化活力是社会主义现代化建设的题中应有之义.胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中明确把"激发全民族文化创造活力,提高国家文化软实力"作为重要的文化发展战略.文章试图就如何激发文化创造和发展活力从理论上进行初步探讨,从而给予当前的社会主义先进文化建设以理论支撑和论证.
