基于大规模定制产品族设计的供应链管理

摘    要:阐述了大规模定制产品族设计的基本思想,研究了大规模定制下供应链的驱动模式。从制造业生产模式的进步和信息技术的发展,给传统供应链管理带来了新变化,从经济学角度,具体分析了面向大规模定制产品族设计的供应链管理的基本特点,并进行了可行性分析。

Abstract:The paper expatiates on the basic idea of product family of mass customization and studies drive model of the supply chain.The new idea of manufactory is that mass customization and current technological revolution is creating new opportunities for further improvements in supply chain management. From the economic perspective it analyzes the basic traits of the supply chain management for mass customization and its feasibility.
