| 摘 要： | 随着国有企业的体制转换和结构调整的深入进行,现行银企关系已经不能完全适应市场经济体制的要求,必须对银企关系按照市场运作的客观规律加以理顺。本文通过对中国银企模式的运作制度缺陷加以分析和探讨,并从中设计出一种较为切合实际的新型的银企模式。本文观点对于在市场机制条件下建立新型银企关系具有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | With the further development of system transform and structure adjustment of station-owned enterprises,the cur rent relation between enterprises and banks does not meet the requirement of the market mechanism.A new relation must be rebuilt.In this paper,through an in-depth analysis of the current relation between enterprises and banks in Chi-na,the author proposes a practical relation that suits China.The proposition might be of considerable importance to this problem. |
