社会转型期学校德育的价值取向

摘    要:社会转型期的多元化价值冲突和文化碰撞亟需学校德育做出自身价值取向的合理选择。面对滋生于经济转轨中的市场文化,德育应做到适应与超越的统一。文化传统的延续与惯性力具有双重性质。德育在对传统的继承中应持革新精神,使继承与革新二者统一。西方文明及其价值体系有代表现代化进程方向的因素,亦有与我国现代化发展相逆的因素。学校德育必须是在批判的基础上吸收西方现代化文明。无论面对怎样的一种社会文明,学校德育必须做出科学的价值取向并统一于现代化发展与社会进步之中。

Abstract:Moral educational at school is badly in need to choose its own rational value orientations during the period of social pattern transformation, due to the appearance of the pluralistic value conflicts and cultural collisions. Faced with the market culture brought about by economic changes, moral education ought to adjust itself to, and supercede them. And it should be creative in inheriting traditional culture, promoting unity of inheriting and innovation. Since the system of culture and values in the West includes both positive and negative factors for China's modernization, moral education at school ought to absorb as well as criticize it. Whichever social culture it confronts, it must make a scientific value choice in accordance with the development of China's modernization and society.
