| 摘 要： | 文章回顾了国内外创业领域的研究动态，比较并归纳了有代表性的创业定义及创业研究框架，分析这些创业定义的立足点，在此基础上提出一个创业的综合性定义，并构建了一个包括创业主体、创业过程、创业结果和创业环境的创业概念框架。
