| 摘 要： | 将组织看成是一个生命体,以研究生物学的方式来研究组织理论正成为组织理论发展的一个新趋势。文章主要从生物组织与企业组织的类比研究、生命体与企业组织、生物进化与组织演化等方面对企业组织理论研究做详细的梳理与评述。企业组织不仅是一种具有社会属性的组织,更是自然界中的一种有机的生命现象,从生物学、生命学的角度研究企业组织的发展过程,必将拓宽组织理论的研究视野与研究领域。
