"休克疗法"与俄罗斯经济

苏联解体以后,俄罗斯用"休克疗法"来完成社会主义经济向资本主义经济的过渡."休克疗法"不适合俄罗斯的国情,实施"休克疗法"后的俄罗斯,不仅没有实现经济的稳定,反而使经济遭受了强烈的震动和严重的破坏."休克疗法"要在很短的时间内完成由计划经济向市场经济的过渡,显然违背了经济转轨规律.对俄罗斯所采取的"休克疗法"进行评价,对社会主义经济发展具有一定的借鉴作用.

Shock therapy and Russian economy

Russia employed the 'shock therapy' to accomplish the transformation from socialist economy to capitalist economy. But this method was not suitable for the national situation of Russia. After the conduct of 'shock therapy', economy in Russia did not develop towards a stable way, but suffered a lot of damages. It is argued that 'shock therapy' disobeyed the rules of economic transformation from planned economy to market economy in a limited period. This paper attempts to discuss the essence of 'shock therapy', the concrete measures it adopted and consequences it brought to Russian economy. It also tries to evaluate the 'shock therapy' taken by Russia and some positive effects that the 'shock therapy' might have on the development of socialist economy.
