| 摘 要： | TBIRD是泰国人口与社区发展协会于 2 0世纪 80年代末 ,在国内收入差距扩大、农村人口持续贫困的背景下提出的 ,通过实施具体的项目 ,把泰国城市企业与农村居民联系起来 ,实现资源共享 ,扶持农村发展。

| Abstract: | Project TBIRD, initiated by Population and Community Development Association Thailand in the late 80', when the difference of the national individual income was more and more striking and the rural people were continuously poor, is to link the town enterprises with the rural people by implementing particular programmes so that they can share resources and impel the development in rural areas as well. |
