试论平等与公平

平等和公平观念的形成,在历史上由来已久,有着不同的历史和阶级内容,资本主义生产关系基础上的平等,是形式上的平等。小资产阶级主张在私有制基础上实现财产和人身的平等权力,是一种脱离社会发展规律的不切实际的空想。只有消灭阶级和阶级差别,才能真正实现实质上的平等。要从初级阶段的实际出发,采取积极的行之有效的政策和措施,克服平等和公平失衡的状况,逐步地建立起既存在适度的差别,又具有高效率,同时又充满活力的社会主义和谐社会。

On Equality and Justice

The concept of equality and justice has a long history,having different historical and class contents.Equality on the basis of capitalist relations of production is only a formal one.To realize the equal property and human rights based on the private ownership contended by small bourgeoisie is only an illusion inconsistent with the law of social development.Only the classes and class differences are eliminated,can equality be realized.We should start from the actual situation of the initial stage,take the active and efficient policies and measures,overcome the imbalance of equality and justice,and gradually establish the highly efficient and energetic socialist harmonious society with proper differences.
