WTO条件下对我国保险经纪人制度的思考

本文从保险经纪人制度的理论入手 ,讨论我国保险经纪人制度的现状 ,并对其未来的发展作出预测 ,提出建议。本文以 WTO和中国保险经纪人制度的关系为主要分析对象 ,着重指出我国保险经纪人诞生的特殊性 ,并进而分析其在现阶段的发展具有跳跃性和被动性。同时指出 WTO作为强大外力将通过促使保险市场的成熟和完善 ,间接作用于保险经纪业 ,给其提供活动的大舞台 ,提出巨大的挑战和机遇。

Thoughts of China's Insurance Canvasser System in the Conditions of WTO

From the starting point of the theory of insurance canvasser system,this thesis states the current situation,forecasts the future development and puts forward suggestions about China's insurance canvasser system.Taking the relationship between WTO and Sino-insurance canvasser system as a main analytical object,this thesis stresses the peculiarities of the birth of China's own insurance canvassers,thus further analyzes the leap and passive development at the current stage.Meanwhile,this thesis points out that,as a powerful external force,WTO will exert its indirect influences upon China's insurance canvasser industry by way of impelling the insurance market to become more matured and perfected.It also points out that WTO will provide China's insurance canvasser industry with a great acting stage as well as great challenges and opportunities.
