| 摘 要： | 素质教育具有十分广泛的内涵,当我们把素质教育的内涵拓展到企业这一领域时,企业职工素质教育就自然地步入了我们的视野。本文认为要提高我国企业培训的效益,必须要以树立企业职工素质教育的理念为切入口,完善企业职工素质教育的经费保障机制,更新职工素质教育模式与方法,构建职工素质教育良性运行机制。

| Abstract: | Quality_education is rich in connotation. This kind of education is naturally part of the education of the employee in an enterprise. This article shows if we want to improve the efficiency in employee training, we should start from the idea of quality_education, and then ensure the necessary cost for the education. It is also important to improve the education pattern and methods and construct a healthy system of the quality_education of the employee. |
