| 摘 要： | 本文运用现代管理学的理论，根据广州师范学院学生宿舍管理的实际情况，提出了寓管理于服务之中、寓育人于管理之中、集服务、管理、育人于一体的管理思想。实践证明，这对提高学生宿舍管理水平能够收到较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Applying the theory of modern management science to the actual situation of management of students' dormitories in the Guangzhou Normal University, this paper puts forward the idea of incorporating service, management and education together. Practice has proved that good effect has been achieved in promoting the management level of students' dormitories. |
