摘    要:在人口老龄化背景下,解决农民养老问题已刻不容缓。基于安徽省4县12个乡镇的实地调研数据,运用Hedonic的多元Logistic模型,对于新农保试点过程中的农民参保标准选择进行实证分析,研究表明:农民参保标准选择受到个人特征、家庭特征、认知状况与信息获取渠道及顾虑因素影响。因此应重点关注45~59岁年龄组农民的养老需求,高度关注主要收入来自农业的农民养老需求,进一步完善新农保制度,消除农民对新农保制度的忧虑。

Abstract:Under the aging population background, it's immediacy to solve the problem of the peasants pension. Combining with spot investigation data in 12 towns of four counties in Anhui province, by using Logistic model based on Hedonic, this paper makes an empirical analysis of standard choice of peasants" in new rural endowment insurance pilot. The results show that individual characteristics, family characteristics, cognitive status, access to information, concerns factors have significant impacts to standard choice of peasants in new rural endowment insurance, and further proposing that the pension needs of the 45--59 age group peasants should be focused on, the pension needs of the peasants whose main source of income comes from agriculture should be highly concerned , new rural endowment insurance system should be further improved, and the worries of peasants to new agricultural insurance system should be eliminated.
