Analysis on Comprehensive Evaluation and Policy Making of Supervision Enterprise

According to Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the paper analyzes the way of choosing the best engineering supervision enterprise.In this paper,a hierarchy structure is constructed for evaluation criteria and the engineering supervision enterprise which is to bid for a project,analysis model and calculating method are put forward,and a specific example is given as well.It draws the conclusion that in the course of making policy,an order according to comprehensive evaluation should be arranged to carry out the choice of supervision enterprises,and to offer a basis on which policy is made.The results reached in this way are direct,and the method proposed in this paper is scientific in deciding supervision enterprises who win a bid.
