| 摘 要： | 马克思关于按劳分配的理论，有其理论前提和适用条件。我国现实的经济条件与马克思所设想的按劳分配适用的经济条件不相吻合。我国相当长一段时期所讲的按劳分配，实际上是按劳动力的潜在能力分配，与马克思的原意并不相符。在市场经济条件下，按劳分配作为按生产要素分配的形式之一，不仅有其必然性，而且具有现实性

| Abstract: | s: Marx's theory on distribution according to work has its theoretical presuppositions and suitable economic conditions of Marx's theory of distribution according to work. Actually, the theory of distribution according to work we talked about for quite a long period is distribution according to the labor's potential ability, which is not in conformity with Marx's original intention. Under the condition of marketing economy, as one of the formations of distribution according to the factors of production. Distribution according to work not only has its necessity but also has its reality. |
