| 摘 要： | 通过对目前高校扩招形势下出现问题的分析 ,提出了高校发展资金的筹措渠道 :1.向银行贷款。 2 .收取学杂费。 3.科研成果转化。 4.寻求政府财政拨款。 5 .吸纳社会资金和外资收入。并指出 ,高校发展资金的合理使用 ,必须做到保证重点 ,突出中心 ,严格管理 ,保持可持续发展

| Abstract: | Raising expansion fund seems to be one of the prevailing problems in current institutions of higher learning (IHLs). The funds for IHL expansion may be raised by loaning from banks, imposing educational charges, capitalizing scientific research outcome, applying for government allocation, and drawing on folk capital and foreign investment. The raised funds shall be properly allocated so to improve teachers' quality and guarantee the constructions of students' apartments, teaching building, library and other facilities. |
