| 摘 要： | 本文从证明的一般层面上探讨了证明涵义、分类、特征、作用四个最基本的理论问题。从不同层次上将证明、法律证明、诉讼证明区别开来,揭示了证明与诉讼证明的内在关系,阐明了诉讼证明在证明体系中的地位与作用。
