LaMn1-xCuxO3系列钙钛矿型催化剂合成碳酸二苯酯的研究

摘    要:主要研究钙钛矿LaMnO3结构的B位Mn被Cu部分取代后,催化剂的活性与其结构变化的关系,催化剂评价结果表明:在X=0.4时,催化剂的活性最佳,碳酸二苯酯的产率达到45%,利用XRD、TEM和BET等表征手段对催化剂的物相结构、形貌、粒径和比表面积进行了测定,并证实了催化剂的活性与催化剂的组成、物相结构、粒径和比表面积有关.

Abstract:The relationship between catalytic activities of LaMnOs Perovskite-type catalysts and their conformation change is studied with B-site Mn in the catalysts partially substituted by Cu. Based on the appraisal of these catalysts,conclusion is drawn that LaMn0.6Cu0.4O3 calcined at 600 C demonstrates the highest activity and the yield of DPC can reach 45%. The conformation, particle shape.particle size and specific surface area of the catalysts are characterized by means of XRD,TEM and BET techniques. It is proven that catalytic activities of these catalysts arc closely related to their composition ,conformation,particle shape ,particle size and specific surface area.
