| 摘 要： | 近代中国的农民土地财产权是围绕＂耕者有其田＂政策目标而设计和展开的,＂耕者有其田＂经历了从空想性到科学性、从虚假性到真实性的发展历程。平均地权思想是国共两党农民土地政策的基本起点,但由于两党政策理念不同和由此决定的政策路径的不同,最终导致政策实施结果的不同。国民党最终背叛了耕者有其田政策,中国共产党领导的新民主主义革命,真正将＂耕者有其田＂作为解决农民土地问题的主线,也是孙中山＂平均地权＂思想的科学继承和发展。
