| 摘 要： | 随着社会就业形势的日趋严峻，农林院校大学生面临的就业压力与日俱增，其就业观呈现出诸多问题，因此树立正确的就业观势在必行。剖析了农林院校大学生就业方面存在的问题，并阐述问题产生的原因，然后针对性的从5个方面提出解决措施，从而帮助农林院校的大学生纠正传统就业观的偏差，增强农林院校大学生的就业竞争力。
