| 摘 要： | 近年来，宁德市在构建社会主义新农村生态文明建设的进程中注重利用地方农业经济特色，转变以往单纯获取自然资源、获取物质支持的农村生产方式，走出一条利用自然资源优势，科学合理规划资源分配的生态型农业发展方式的农业发展道路。但是在经济的发展过程中宁德市同样面临着严峻的生态问题考验，特别是在贯彻落实党的十七届五中全会关于农村发展的方针政策的重要时期，宁德市必须继续高度重视农村区域的生产方式转变问题，积极引导农民走可持续发展的生产道路，促进宁德市经济又好又快发展。
