| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生就业形势日益严峻，已经成为全社会普遍关注的一个问题。大学毕业生就业难的原因是多方面的，就个体而言，期望薪酬是主要影响因素之一。以福建农林大学涉农专业本科毕业生为例，探讨沿海农林院校本科毕业生就业期望薪酬的现状，分析影响其设定期望薪酬的主要因素，最后提出沿海农林院校涉农专业本科毕业生设定合理期望薪酬的对策。
